Each bull is poured one at a time in brass or aluminum, finished by hand, and threaded to fit every board we make.
Looking after it
- Wipe them down after the cook. Soap and water is plenty.
- Brass darkens with handling. That is the patina, leave it.
- Aluminum stays bright on its own.
