Return and refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused products in their original condition.

Contact us before sending anything back. Call or text 801-331-9725 or email info@burntendboards.com with your order number. Every board is a natural piece of wood, so we would rather talk it through first. Most problems we can solve without a return.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. If you picked your order up locally, you can return it in person the same way. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Exchanges work the same way.

Wood is a natural material. Variation in grain and color is part of the product and is not a defect. Separate from returns, every product carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering glue seam failure and failure of the threaded inserts. The details are on our warranty page.
